On Mount Carmel, newly completed garden terraces are officially opened

HAIFA, Israel -- In a ceremony broadcast live around the world by satellite and Internet webcast, some 3,000 Bahá'ís from 180 countries celebrate as a majestic symbol of "unity and peace" is offered to the world.
