New Era High School

In Panchgani, India, the New Era High School celebrated the 50th anniversary of its founding last December. One of the oldest Bahá'í educational institutions in the world, the New Era School has a current enrollment of more than 1,000 students and offers a full program of primary and secondary studies. In the foreground is Mr. Ali Merchant, a member of the national governing body of the Bahá'ís of India.
